Direct-to-Film(DTF) Transfer Printing, is when your design or artwork is printed onto a special film.  The special film is known as media.  The media, or film transfer sheet holds onto the printed artwork, receives adhesive powder and after a few moments in a special oven, has a layer of glue on top. The transfers are then placed on top of the garment, accessory or other product of your choice.  A heat press, set at a specified temperature and pressure, is used to activate the glue on the DTF transfer sheets in order to apply and adhere the printed area to the garments. 

The art needed for most print methods, including DTF Transfer printing needs to be in a high-resolution format, preferably 300 dpi (or higher), or in an editable EPS (Encapsulated Post Script) format. We can convert your provided artwork, if needed, for a small fee.

After the artwork is received, we create and send you a virtual proof/mockup to be reviewed. Once approved, the production begins for the quantity of designs needed to complete your project. Then the full color, high resolution printing process takes place and we create the finished DTF transfers.  If you purchased DTF Transfers, at this step we'll ship these out to you.  If you purchased decorated products, the transfers are then placed onto the chosen garments and heat cured for the final product.
